Scan to Email on the BizHub Printer (Snoopy & Woodstock)
_ *Setting up a New Scan to Email Profile *_
Click this link to see a video tutorial, or follow the steps below.
- Tap the Home icon (🏠) on the touchscreen.
- Look for an option labeled*“Scan”* or*“Scan to Email”*.
- You’ll see a keypad and maybe a list of previous contacts.
- Tap the*“Address Book”* icon or “+” button.
- Select*“New Registration”* or*“Add Contact”*.
- Choose Email as the type of destination.
- Name: Type the person’s name (e.g., “Jane Smith”).
- Email Address: Type the full email (e.g., janesmith@email.com).
- You may need to hit*“OK”* or*“Next”*.
- Tap*“OK”,“Save”, or“Register”* to finish.
- You should now see the contact in the address list.
_ *To Use the New Scan-to-Email Profile *_
- Tap Scan to Email on the home screen
- To find your saved contact:
- Tap the appropriate alphabet tab that corresponds to the first letter of the name (e.g., “S” for Smith), or
- Tap*“All”* to view the full list of saved contacts.
- Select the contact/email you want to send to.
- Place your document on the scanner (glass or feeder).
- Press Start to scan and send.
- It should then show up in the applicable inbox
