Voicemail Greeting Setup

With the Zoom phone provider, there are several options for setting up voicemail greetings.  

1. Typing a message to be spoken by an automated system
2. Uploading a pre-recorded audio file
3. Recording a new audio file

You may access these options in your Zoom profile under the Phone menu option.

Under the “Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction”  choose Edit => Add Audio

Typing a message to be spoken by an automated system.

1. Give your recording a name.
2. Choose a category.  These are used to better organize multiple voicemail instructions
3. Choose a language and voice that will speak the message.
4. Enter a message you want read by the automated system.
5. Once a message is entered, you can play back the audio and try different voices to find the one you like. 
6. Press add and your new message will be set as the current voicemail instruction

Upload a pre-recorded audio file

1. Give your recording a name.
2. Choose a category.  These are used to better organize multiple voicemail instructions
3. Choose a language and voice that will speak the message.
4. Press Upload and choose the MP3 or WAV file you want to use.
5. Press Add

Recording a new audio file

1. Give your recording a name.
2. Choose a category.  These are used to better organize multiple voicemail instructions
3. Choose a language and voice that will speak the message.
4. Press the red record icon and record you personal voicemail instruction.  NOTE: permissions might need to be setup to allow the browser to use your computers microphone.
5. Press Add
