SPAM Quarantine System

In an effort to help alleviate some of the issues many of you have faced with our SPAM Quarantine system, we have deployed a new tool. This new system will allow you to review any messages that are quarantined for your address and release any that may be misidentified. I HIGHLY recommend you take a look especially if you are not checking your SPAM Quarantine emails daily as a large number of possibly legitimate emails have been found in the SPAM queue recently. Here’s how:

1: Go to https://client.securemail.management

2: For your first visit, click on “Retrieve log-in link”

3: Type in your email address and click on “Submit”

4: Follow the instructions in the email to set up your password.

5: Once you have a password set up, you can log in with that to the system via the link in Step 1.

6: Once you have logged in, you can see all your emails in Quarantine by clicking on the “SPAM Quarantine” button on the right hand side of the page.

7: To view the contents of the message safely, you can click on the blue Subject line

*Be aware this does not protect you if you click a link in an email. Do not open links in these or any emails unless you are expecting them and are certain they are legitimate.

8:To release a misidentified legitimate email, click on the check box to the left of that email, (an “Apply to selected” action box will then appear above the list of emails), select “_Release_ and train from quarantine”, then click apply.

9: There’s no need to delete emails out of this system as they automatically purge after a month but if you do want to delete one, follow the above instructions but select “Remove from quarantine” (You can also use “Remove from quarantine and train as SPAM” if it is indeed SPAM).
