Add a Shared Zoom Phone Account to Zoom Desktop Client

The Zoom Desktop client allows multiple accounts to be used easily.  In our case, we want a second departmental phone that will receive phone calls and text messages.  Most of these calls/texts will be related to one time passwords for website logins.

1.  Open the Zoom and and sign in.

2.  Click your Profile icon in upper right, i.e. NF as in below picture

3. Choose the “Add Account” option.  The first time, “Add Account” is in the main list but additional accounts will be under “Switch Accounts”

4. Sign with the new account credentials.

Switching Accounts

1.  Click your Profile Icon in upper right.

2.  Choose Switch Account => Account you want to view.

3.  Zoom will automatically close and re-open in new account.
